Otis Pike Fire Island High Dune Wilderness
Not far away from New York City is the only federally designated wilderness in New York. The 1,380 acre barrier island is open yearlong for families to go camping, hiking, and enjoy the outdoors. The Big Duck
Take the kids to see this iconic, odd-shaped statue on Long Island! Located on the eastern end of the Hamptons, this National Landmark was designed by duck farmer Martin Maurer in 1931. Fire Island Lighthouse
Take a step back in time and revel in Long Island’s history. Walk the nature trails, see authentic maritime boats, visit interactive exhibits in the Keeper’s Quarters and more! The Hamptons
Soak up the sun this summer and take a trip out to the Hamptons this summer! It may be further away, but with plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops to explore, the kids are sure to be tired at the end of the day.
