Todd Maisel is an award-winning visual journalist with 36 years in the business, 18 of which were as a staff photographer for the New York Daily News before the elimination of the photo department. He is currently the Breaking News Editor at AM New York. Maisel traveled the world for the biggest breaking news stories, has gone to war in Iraq and covered nearly every type of major sporting event. He is also currently the Vice President of the New York Press Photographers Association.
