This week’s round-up of classes (and other helpful or fun
experiences) for new and expecting parents are: —
1. The Mommybites Summit: Coming up on Wednesday,
May 2, Mommybites’ annual “Ultimate Mom’s Night Out: Shop, Play,
Learn” is one of our favorite events of the year to recommend for readers
to have an interesting night out with friends or meet like-minded moms. Follow
the link to all the details. Big Bonus: The keynote speaker this year is the
wonderful Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project.
2. Bjia Yoga: We
are really impressed with the programming at Bija Kids in Brooklyn
and in downtown Manhattan (just
re-opened). View their entire prenatal, mommy-baby, and kid yoga menu here.
And don’t miss their free workshop programming here.
3. Kids At Work: We’re
big fans of the programming for little kids at Kids At Work, and now they are one of the few
places in the city to offer RIE Parent-Child Classes, which are really big on that other coast.
Enjoy!
