Fall’s Maternity Trends From GILT.com

Lets face it- celebrity moms have brought maternity fashion to the forefront and while they have shown us how to rock red carpet trends throughout their entire pregnancy- its not always as attainable for the rest of us and quite frankly it can be overwhelming.

As I entered my second pregnancy I was determined to maintain my personal style as I tried find clothes that looked and felt good. Along the way I found what worked best and what I could rely on for days I needed to look my best. It doesn’t hurt working at GILT–as the Director of Baby & Kids–either as we carry some of my favorite maternity brands and I am constantly learning about new styles!

General tips :

1) Accessorize: Accessories are never more important than when you are expecting. By switching up your jewelry, shoes, and handbag you can reinvent just about any look. From bold layered necklaces and stand out statement earrings to knee high boots or a casual bootie–there are lots of ways to give that go-to maternity outfit some extra miles!

2) Take chances: Some of the trends we are seeing on Hollywood’s hottest expecting moms can be a bit intimidating to the rest of us. But give them a try! Experiment with different fabrics, cuts and styles. You just never know whats going to work for you. And you might be just be surprised by what you like!

3) Don’t forget the essentials: The second trimester for many moms-to-be is the most difficult because this is when the body really begins to change. You’re not quite ready for maternity clothes, but your pre-pregnancy clothes are not fitting right! The top essential to have for this time period is the Bellaband. The band allows you to wear your pre-pregnancy jeans and be comfortable! The waistband can remain unzipped and the Bellaband is positioned over the waistband and belly holding everything up.

Kids can take advantage of both the physical and mental benefits of exercise and outdoor exploration, along with indoor activities in a temperature controlled state of the art Skatepark. We will spend more outdoor time on field trip day! Young Actors at Strasberg

Young Actors at Strasberg&nbsp;offers a comprehensive array of acting programs for students in grades 2 &ndash;&nbsp;12. Classes provide kids and teens with a foundation in Lee Strasberg's Method Acting and the tools to succeed in the professional industry &ndash;&nbsp;all while maintaining a fun and playful environment. Programs are tailored to encompass students at all levels, from those just beginning their acting journey to Broadway veterans and professional child actors. Young Actors at Strasberg alumni include Lady Gaga, Sophia Lillis, Angelina Jolie, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Rosario Dawson! Young Actors&nbsp;Programs are available online and in-person at our New York Campus, located in Union Square. Saturday, After-School and Online classes are offered during the traditional school year (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and Monday through Friday day camps and intensives are held in&nbsp;July and August.
