The Fastest Kids On the Block Compete at the Millrose Games

Looking for a fun way to spend Valentine’s Day as a family? Look no farther than the 108th New York Road Runner Millrose Games, which will take place on February 14 at the The Armory’s New Balance Track & Field Center.

In addition to races showcasing the country’s premier track and field professional, collegiate, and high school athletes–such as Olympic gold medalist pole vaulter Jenn Suhr and world champion hurdlers Jason Richardson and David Oliver–eight boys and eight girls age 8 and younger will compete in the Fastest Kid on the Block competition.

This event, which grants its winners the bragging rights as the fastest kids in New York City, is a 55-meter dash. In order to advance to the competition in the Millrose Games, each runner placed in the top eight in the 55-meter dash at the NYRR Millrose Game Trials.

The Millrose Games will run from 1:30-8 pm. and will be televised on NBC Sports Network from 6-8 pm.

Whether your teen/tween has played D&amp;D before or is brand-new to the experience, this safe space brings players together to have fun and solve problems as a team in ways few other online opportunities do. All our games focus on experiential learning.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our players leave knowing all the basic game play as well as experiencing: teamwork, bravery, compassion, generosity, negotiation, improvisation, gamer etiquette, strategy, critical thinking, problem solving, cartography and probability - all through online D&amp;D adventuring!
