Get Healthy With Instill Veggies

Laura Deutsch in the kitchen with her children

Laura Deutsch, a local mom, co-founder of Mommybites, and Certified Health Coach, launched her new health and nutrition initiative, a website called “Instill Health with Laura Deutsch,” earlier this year, and has an amazing free three-day meal plan–Instill Veggies–on offer this summer that’s perfect for NYC moms and dads looking to make a positive change in their health habits.

Deutsch’s three-day Instill Veggies meal plan is centered around the fact that vegetables are critical for a healthy diet! You don’t have to be a vegetarian to appreciate the nutritional value in veggies–hello, fiber, potassium, and magnesium! Instill Veggies is a three-day veggie focused meal plan for busy people who want to jump start their health. There’s no denying people who consume lots of vegetables are likely to have a reduced risk of certain chronic diseases including cancer, heart disease, stroke, dementia, and arthritis.

The goal is to go three days without meat and to ensure that you get a full (and delicious) serving of veggies at each meal.  Included in the Instill Veggies plan are simple recipes, a shopping list, and a prep guide to help you manage the meal planning (a perk that any parent can certainly appreciate). At the end of the three days (a length of time intended to feel manageable) you can expect to feel recharged and refreshed–and will hopefully have a new perspective on making vegetables the star of many family meals to come!
