Meet Tristin and Tyler, two ordinary kids with an extraordinary mission: saving the earth! The 9-year-old twins from Riverdale have gotten a jumpstart on living green with their eco-friendly web series, “Tristin & Tyler’s Tales from the City.” These pint-sized brothers may be small in stature, but they’re using their screen time to do good in a big way. Each episode follows the boys around NYC as they interview people on topics like making furniture out of garbage and cooking healthy and fun vegetarian meals. <div>Treehouse Shakers’ Branching OUT After-School program is for ages 12-14. This awarded program is for young people who identify as LGBTQIA+, or are seeking to become better allies. Branching OUT centers on discovering and exploring one’s story and identity through an intentionally artist-led format. During our community-based program, young people will explore and reflect on their own story to create a larger, more meaningful experience, while gaining self-empowerment and gathering with like-minded peers.
