With the weather warming up and spring right around the corner, March is the perfect time for a weekend getaway to the Hudson Valley. From March 11th to 24th, 180 restaurants will be participating in the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, showcasing the farm-to-table movement and uniting farmers, chefs, local purveyors, and foodies.
