Frida Kahlo: The Life of an Icon

Explore the history of Frida Kahlo through collections of photographs, original films, digital environments, artistic installations, collector’s items and newly created music that reproduce the most relevant moments of her life, inviting visitors to discover the incredible story that built the myth.

The Life of an Icon takes you on a journey through the life of one of the most influential artists of all time. This walk-through exhibition experience is presented without reproductions of paintings by the artist with the intention of taking a further step in the new immersive languages.

National Geographic is celebrating the 100th anniversary of King Tut’s tomb discovery with an extraordinary, high-tech immersive experience. This new exhibition brings the magic and mystery of Ancient Egypt to New York City and combines the power of cinematic storytelling and soaring imagery which will bring visitors into the golden king’s world like never before.

The multi-gallery, multi-sensory exhibition whisks guests on a time-traveling adventure to Ancient Egypt. With nine galleries to explore, Beyond King Tut: The Immersive Experience unlocks the 3,300 year old story of King Tut – his rule as a child pharaoh, his family, the discovery of his tomb and the mysteries surrounding his early death, and his journey to the afterlife.

Go on a 360-degree journey through the history and work of one of the greatest and most influential painters of all time. Using state-of-the-art multimedia and multi-sensory technology, you can dive into the Father of Impressionism’s paintings and get a glimpse into the inner workings of his mind.

Explore his studio and learn about his life, struggles, and inspirations before stepping into the scenery of Monet’s Garden where you’ll be invited to walk across the bridge and enter the paintings through interactive projections, and finally float among the waterlilies in a completely immersive installation of Monet’s most famous work.

Travel back to 1912 through photographs, handwritten letters, wayward keepsakes, and other personal belongings telling countless stories about the fates and heroic deeds on board The Titanic. Connect with the passengers, listen to their testimonies, and discover their stories through their belongings.

You’ll walk in their footsteps as you explore life-size, detailed recreations of the ship’s interior, witnessing the stark contrast between a lavish first-class suite and a humble third-class cabin.

An audio guide in multiple languages will serve as your narrator, bringing every historical account to life with music, sound effects and testimonies from Titanic passengers and crew.

Unravel the true story of the ship as you embark on a trip through time bringing you closer to the myths, stories and the real history of the Titanic.

Brooklyn Robot Foundry - Virtual Classes

Brooklyn Robot Foundry offers super fun online robot-building classes for children 2-13 years old!&nbsp;&nbsp;Each week, students are introduced to new engineering concepts and components while building that day&rsquo;s robot in their own &ldquo;workshop&rdquo;.&nbsp;&nbsp;All classes maintain a very low student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for plenty of individualized instruction and socializing. The supplies are shipped in advance and classes are led by amazing instructors, taking all the pressure off parents.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Foundry&rsquo;s main focus however, is that kids have fun, get creative, and enjoy being part of this STEAM-loving community!&nbsp;

Young Actors at Strasberg

Young Actors at Strasberg&nbsp;offers a comprehensive array of acting programs for students in grades 2 &ndash;&nbsp;12. Classes provide kids and teens with a foundation in Lee Strasberg's Method Acting and the tools to succeed in the professional industry &ndash;&nbsp;all while maintaining a fun and playful environment. Programs are tailored to encompass students at all levels, from those just beginning their acting journey to Broadway veterans and professional child actors. Young Actors at Strasberg alumni include Lady Gaga, Sophia Lillis, Angelina Jolie, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Rosario Dawson! Young Actors&nbsp;Programs are available online and in-person at our New York Campus, located in Union Square. Saturday, After-School and Online classes are offered during the traditional school year (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and Monday through Friday day camps and intensives are held in&nbsp;July and August.
