Children learn about the great outdoors when they meet with the Urban Park Rangers on March 24 at the Fort Greene Park Visitor Center for a nature walk.

Every parent knows the dreaded refrain, “I’m bored, there’s nothing to do.” Here’s the answer: children of all ages play games and experience common tasks of 200 years ago at the Lefferts Historic Homestead every weekend through March 31. Just a quick walk across Prospect Park at the Audubon Center, children create unique projects and have fun with games every weekend through April.

All of the events are free, and all are family friendly.
