Kids can have Breakfast with the Animals at Central Park Zoo

Talk with the animals, walk with the animals, and now have breakfast with the animals at the Central Park Zoo on Dec. 3 and 17.

Enjoy a light breakfast on Dec. 3 have a chat with an animal manager. You’ll meet the keepers and learn all about the resident grizzlies Betty and Veronica. Then, head over to the exhibit and watch as the staff gives the bears their morning breakfast.

On Dec. 17, it’s time to head over to the polar caps and visit with the penguins. Children will learn all about the special adaptations penguins have made to survive in the polar environment. Play games, do hands-on activities, and watch a puppet show that explains all there is to know about penguins. After bagels and pastries, the group will head over to the exhibit and meet with the penguin keepers.

Breakfast with the Aniamls, Dec. 3 and Dec. 17; both events 8:30 to 10:30 am. Each event is $40 for members and $50 for non-members.
