Learn what life was like on a winter farm for our ancestors

Have you been naughty or nice? Only St. Nicholas knows for sure. Little children get the chance to visit with him and sign in the “nice” book, when he comes for his annual visit to the Lefferts Historic Homestead on Dec. 1.

Children will learn all about life on a winter farm and discover how to make a patchwork quilt, and spin wool into thread. Dutch treats and cookies add to the excitement. Also on board is a visit from the jolly old elf himself, St. Nicholas.
