LI FamFest takes place on September 17, 2016, from 10am to 3pm. It is a fun day for the whole family. Kids can play in the Kids Corner and participate in activity classes and parents can meet many back to school exhibitors, such as birthday party venues, after school classes, special needs professionals, enrichment programs, health related professionals, and many other family oriented businesses. Discovery and fun all in one place, in one afternoon.
Kids can participate in a number of different classes including ones from Eskay’s Music Lessons, Tower Talent, Village East Gifted, and Glen Dance Studio.
In addition there will also be a photo booth, activities from Clowns.com that include balloon animals, face painting, and cotton candy, a chocolate dipping station from Chocolate Works, live music from the Kidville band and a hockey experience with the NY Islanders.
There will also be opportunities to win prizes!
Families can meet schools and business professionals from the area and get aquainted with their services. These include, All About Kids, Allied Physicians Group, East Woods School, Green Vale School, Janine Stiene Suffolk Center for Speech, Lindamood – Bell Learning Process, Kidville LI, Not Just Art, ProHealth Dental Management, Rubie’s Costume Company, Achieve Beyond, Cradle of Aviation, Goldfish Swim School, Rich Vitamins LLC, The Cleaning Girls Inc., Imagination Station, Kildonan School, Brad Rosken, LI While Child Academy, InterExchange Au Pair USA, and The Little Ladies Club.
The LI FamFest will take place at Long Island University, Pratt Recreation Center, 720 Northern Boulevard in Brookville. Admission is $25 up to 4 kids.
