Scratch N Sniff 2.0: Mo’s Nose, The Aromatherapeutic Picture Book Series

Like any innovative idea, Mo’s Nose was imagined in a dream. The picture book series follows the adventures of a super-cute dog, Mo, as he and his little snout discover the marvels of our world–and brings the “scentsational” adventures right to the readers.

Author Margaret Hyde and illustrator Amanda Giacomini have teamed up with the innovators at Aura Cacia Pure Aromatherapy to capture in their books fragrances like red rose, pink jasmine, fresh green grass, and even delectable gingerbread cookies. Instead of scratch-n-sniff areas that today’s parents likely grew up with, however, the books have a Press 2 Smell technology that gives budding readers a whiff of Mo’s hikes through the park, beach trips, and other adventures.

Each of the six volumes have a color or seasonal (think Christmas or the holidays) theme associated with all the smells in the book.
