Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s delightful ballet, based on E.T.A. Hoffman’s tale of the Nutcracker and the Mouse King is a holiday favorite fit for the whole family.
Take a magical journey with Clara and meet the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Mouse King, and of course, the Nutcracker, who turns into a prince. Performed by the Brighton Ballet Theater Company, the classic comes to the stage at the Colden Auditorium, Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College on Dec. 18 at 3 pm. Tickets are $18 for adults and $12 for children under 12.
