For those that love baking and supporting a good cause, OXO and Cookies for Kids’ Cancer have created a special limited edition collection of baking tools to raise funds for their annual Good Cookie Program in September.
Created after OXO employees Larry and Gretchen Witt’s son Liam was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, Cookies for Kids’ Cancer is a nonprofit charity that supports research and awareness for all types of pediatric cancer through bake sales.
The new OXO collection, which includes twelve different baking utensils such as an icing knife, a cookie press, and an egg beater, is specially marked with a green sticker so that $0.25 is automatically donated to the charity when an item is bought. With enough purchases and bake sale matches, OXO hopes to donate $100,000 to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer by the end of September.
