Sprinkles, one of our favorite sweet spots on the Upper East Side, is offering its own unique twist on the holiday with Irish Chocolate Cupcakes, available through Sunday. These treats not only look the part–with perfectly symmetrical clover adornments–but they taste Irish, too. (Psst! The cupcakes are made with Baileys Irish cream cheese frosting.
