Thirst Quencher: Watermelon Ice Cubes

Liven up water, lemonade, tea, and even champagne, or blend into slush to soothe teething gums.

INGREDIENTS (fills about 4 trays)

1 small or 1/2 large watermelon

Chop and de-seed watermelon.
Place watermelon chunks into a blender or food processor and pulse until liquified.
Pour watermelon into BPA-free ice cube trays and place into the freezer.
Let freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
Place into your beverage of choice and enjoy!
