While I was at school, my little sister had a sunny day playing with one of my favorite celebrities, Elmo! She explored and sampled the latest and greatest Sesame Street toys from Playskool, including the new, interactive Play All Day Elmo toy, and other favorites such as Elmo’s On the Go Letters, Talking 123 Cookie Monster, and the Sesame Street Smartphone. But Play All Day Elmo won her over from the first time she squeezed his nose and it honked!

The Play All Day Elmo, the latest and greatest version of this much-loved, red, fuzzy monster, won over kids of all ages. Elmo has 150+ responses to help keep us kids engaged as well as eight games and activities. With two modes of play (Toddler and Preschool) both me and my little sister love playing with Elmo. Mommy said it’s smart and silly fun for toddlers and preschoolers alike, and she just hopes we will share him.

My little sister loves that he is super soft and extra cuddly and enjoys the cause-and-effect play. In toddler mode, my little sister loves how Elmo responds to basic touch, like when she tickles Elmo and he giggles. She especially loves squeezing his nose to see how Elmo might respond.

For her more sophisticated, big sister (moi), Elmo plays educational and interactive games. I like seeing how Elmo reacts when he’s in the air, when he’s upside down, and even when he’s moving around. He is so funny. And Elmo and I can really play all day since he likes the same games I do, like “Red Light Green Light,” “Pat-a-Cake,” “Freeze Dance,” and more! And when we all get tired, we can let Elmo sing lullabies and get close and cuddly as we all enter nap mode together.

Center for Architecture Summer Programs

The Center for Architecture promotes public understanding and appreciation of architecture and design through educational programs for K-12 students and teachers, families, and the general public. Summer Programs give curious kids an opportunity to dive into an architectural topic of interest and test out their own design ideas. Each program explores a different theme through art and building activities, design challenges, guided investigations of architectural examples, and special site visits. Summer Programs are week-long classes, Monday &ndash; Friday, for students entering grades 3-5, 6-8, or 9-12 in Fall 2023. This summer, we are offering programs both in-person at the Center for Architecture and online. Challenge Camp

Challenge Camp is an ACA accredited day camp focused on STEM and Arts enrichment for creative children ages 4-15 at a new location,&nbsp;Iona University. The Challenge Camp advantage is that parents and campers customize a program based on the child&rsquo;s interests, and students follow their courses for an entire session. Challenge offers over 100 STEM and Arts project based electives to engage and inspire campers. Village Kids Day Camp
