PM Pediatrics, an after hours urgent care facility for children, will open its first Brooklyn location early this fall. PM Pediatrics is a trusted alternative to the hospital emergency room when your child’s pediatrician is not available. Since opening its first location in 2005, PM Pediatrics has seen more than 375,000 patients. PM Pediatrics believes there is a better way to deliver urgent care to kids, and it ensures that patients receive the best health care when they need it, without a long wait.
PM Pediatrics will treat newborn to college age patients and a wide variety of illnesses, ranging from an ear infection and a strep test to broken bones and dehydration. Various pediatric emergency specialists are on staff, and PM Pediatrics maintains relationships with other local specialists like orthopedists and plastic surgeons. The staff sends each patient’s records from a visit to their primary physician so he or she will know there was some type of emergency and can follow up if necessary.
The staff is trained to make children feel relaxed and comfortable during visits, and the environment at PM Pediatrics is designed to put your child at ease during an emergency situation.
