For an exciting day of bowling and games, go to AMF Syosset Lanes. With its 48 all-star lanes, new interactive arcade, vibrant video walls, and billiards, the fun doesn’t stop. There is also a full-length sports bar with flat-screen TVs where you can enjoy a nice meal. It also offers lane-side service so you don’t have to stop playing when your young bowlers get hungry. Bounce! Trampoline Sports

Bounce! Trampoline Sports is the perfect place for adults and kids to stay busy and moving all day. There is a large area for open jumping, slam-dunk basketball, dodgeball courts, and more. There is also Bounce! Jr., an area reserved for kids ages 6 and younger to jump and play in the foam pits or on the inflatable Bouncy Houses. Jump N Glow is an event held every Friday and Saturday night from 8-10pm and includes free glow in the dark face paint! If you love to jump, Bounce! also offers birthday parties and other celebrations. Every bouncer must have a signed waiver, and though bounce socks are mandatory ($3), you can buy them once and bring them back every time you jump. Prices for open jump range from $15 for 30 minutes to $30 for 2 hours, plus add-ons (special even prices vary).
  

Cultural Arts Playhouse

Why go to the city when you can see an off-off Broadway show right on Long Island? Take your family to Cultural Arts Playhouse in Syosset for a dinner-and-a-show experience. There are many productions to choose from. Cultural Arts Playhouse was founded in 1995 by owner Bruce Grossman and has produced more than 500 shows. Some of the musicals include adult actors, but most shows feature its students—kids and young adults. You can purchase tickets in advance online. Prices vary.
